to ensure the uniformity of measurements in the field of reference activities through the application of measurement traceability; to ensure and recognize, in the Republic of Armenia, the test (measurement) results provided by the reference laboratory as final and reliable results in cases where conflicting test (measurement) results arise in the field of reference activities;
